Recent wait times at Royal Hall and Anna & Elsa's Royal Welcome?

How have wait times been recently at the Royal Hall? When we went in June, it was like a 3 hour wait. My daughter has a DAS, but they were very hesitant to give us a return time here. Also, how have wait times been for Anna and Elsa? When we went in June, they were just meeting on the street every so often. I'm trying to decide if my daughter can handle the waits. Me and my family went about 2 weeks ago and they were meeting everyday from 9-4. I would say try to get there at 9, as we got there a few minutes after 9 and there were only like 2-3 families in front of us in line, making the wait about 10 minutes. The day before the line that they have in the middle of the animation academy was full, but this was at about 2 in the afternoon, so we didn’t wait then. Hope I helped!
