I am making up some ADR postcards for a speech impaired pal of mine. It has been over a year since I have been in the parks and for the life of me I can not think of what information the will ask at the Dining check-in podium in regards to a persons ADR. I know they need your name but do they ask your home phone or home address? I will be including ADR reservation number and location to keep the ADR's straight for him but I want to include everything they might need on the card.

Thanks for your help

They only ask for your name. It helps to have the time of your reservation but they don't ask that unless they can't locate your name. Sometimes they ask if you're on any dining plan so that would be helpful.

They never ask for it but having the reservation # would help if there are any problems. Occasionally our name has been misspelled and once a CM made our Kona breakfast reservation for dinner instead of breakfast. In case like that, the # can help.

So I'd do:
name
time of reservation
plan or no plan
reservation #

You're great to help your friend out in this way!:thumbsup2

Awwwww...how thoughtful of you!!! You are a good friend!!!

I agree the the Previous Poster:

name
time of reservation
plan or no plan
reservation #

I would add the number of people in the party. I know its on the ressie, but I think people sometimes bring more or less so its nice to tell the hostess the number

When I make ADR cards for my hearing/speech impaired family members, I've included the name that the ADR was made under, number of people in the group, and the ADR #. I either print these out on individual 3x5 index cards, or put all ADR's on one sheet of paper. I also put pics of Dis characters on it, but that's just so it looks cute ! ! ! Let me know if you want a sample, I just do it on an Excel or Printshop template . . . . .

Thank you all very much. Excellent Idea to add some characters to the 3X5 cards. I am sending along a sheet with all of the ADR's listed on one sheet and then sending along individual 3X5 cards.

I just could not remember what they asked when you checked in!! Must be one of those "age" things again..:dance3:
