Recent tastings offered on board?

Always enjoyed doing the tastings on DCL and curious if anyone knows of recent offerings (particularly on the Fantasy).

Anyone have one that’s a favorite?

I feel like I might be forgetting some. They can all be enjoyable, it really depends on the talents of the bartender running the tasting. They can also be not so enjoyable again because of the bartender. I feel like I might be forgetting some. that being said my favorite tasting experience is Mojito and Caipirinha at Heads Up bar on Castaway.

My favorite is the chocolate and liquor. It's wonderful!!

I did 3 on the Fantasy in June (with the old lower prices.). I enjoyed them all.

Khen did the Champagne tasting and the Chocolate and Liquor tasting in Ooh La La. Both of those had some food with them--berries, a macaron, popcorn, and chocolate with the champagne, and various chocolate and cheese with the chocolate and liquor tasting.

Big Mama ran the Mixology in Skyline. She's a character! She was giving out tons of extra drinks, but I found the 5 drinks we got were more than enough for me! If you want to get drunk, this is the tasting to go to, lol. Unfortunately, you no longer mix the drinks yourself, but she tells you what goes into each one.
Pics... missing the last one which was a layered shot...I drank it before I remembered I was taking pics...it was my 5th drink...

I think it's $50 for the champagne and chocolate/liquor ones--they were $37/$38 when I booked them. Mixology is $40 now, it was $25 when I booked. Prices went up sometime in May, but if you already had it booked you paid the old price.

I did three on the Fantasy in May:

Mixology -- was a hoot, the woman they had hosting it was awesome and the drinks were great, one of the best Mixology's I've done
Bourbon -- did because my mom wanted to, was much more intimate group, not really my thing personally but a fun experience
Kickstart -- morning tasting that was a combo of smoothies and a couple morning cocktails (bloody mary and mimosa); honestly, I found everything except the mimosa undrinkable. I don't know what they put in those smoothies but they were not delicious (and I've made green smoothies at home so I don't need smoothies to be all fruit, these were just really off-tasting to me)

I did the Martini one back in Feb 2022 on the Dream. I want to say it was either $25 or $27 (they made 5 drinks). It was a small group, I would say around 10 people (they did have mask mandates and caps on that sailing). I learned a lot and they had some extra drinks at the end and they asked people to come get an extra if they wanted.
I have a cruise coming up in December and I hope that I will be able to do a different one. On the last cruise I was originally signed up for the mojito and wine tasting but they changed our dining time on us so I had to cancel them.

We've got Martini tasting booked on the Magic this fall for $45 pp. I knew the prices went up, but that's quite a hike!!

Yeah there was a thread a while back that listed the old vs new pricing and a lot of them doubled in price.

World of Gin (I think $50)
Speciality Bourbon/Whiskey ($100)
World of Old Fashioneds ($100)
