Recent successes with Lunch With Imagineer at Brown Derby?

I'm wondering if folks have had recent successes booking this event? I do a "dry run" at day 180 every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, and almost always there is nothing available. On the other hand, a couple times it has shown me something, so it seems this one does go live at or before day 180.

So - have YOU booked this in the past few months? Did you get it using your 180+10? Did you actually find it *after* day 180?

The only day we can try for this falls on the sixth day of our trip, but because we're doing a split stay, I can only take advantage of "180+1", and that one day won't gain us as much as if we were doing "180+5". (I just today found out that one can no longer call to book the second half of a split stay on the booking day for the first half - dang.)

My booking date for this one comes up towards the end of the month, but I'm looking to see what success others have had. With only 36 seats a week, this one's probably a tougher get than BoG. And I fugure cancellations are probably rare for this one.

How big is your party? I say the smaller, the better chances of getting something. I'm actually going next week. As it's just me, I think I had a pretty good chance to just squeeze in. I booked it only about 3 months ago. My advice would be just keep on checking, checking any possible dates during your vacation. If you don't get anything initially, just periodically check. I know that's probably not what you want to hear, but there could be cancellations. I know this is my fourth vacation that I've looked for reservations, and finally got it, and on my birthday no less! Good luck!

My first time it was just me. This time I'm bringing my wife.

And if it doesn't work out, well, Frontera Cocina isn't a bad backup.

For one.
Booked for January.
Booked it in November maybe.
Have booked it four times.
Always at less than 100 days.
First time was for two.
Others were for one.

It is totally bookable! People do cancel this one. I was able to score a reservation for our last trip just a month and a half out and same for this trip. I think the cancellation window where people have to make their final payments on their trips is when you can score. Just keep checking back. You've been so you know it's totally worth it! I am so excited to do it again.
