Recent sale prices on resales

My daughter in process of getting a divorce. She needs to find out the resale value of her DVC points for court next week. How does she go about doing that?

Does she have an atty? That person should be doing the work on this. Not her. Experienced DVCers might have other thoughts but my suggestion would be to check out 2-3 of the resale sites and see what her property is listed at per point. She should be able to get a rough idea from that.

I'd also put in a call to a broker like the Timeshare Store. I am sure they can give her an idea of what contracts of her size have been selling for on average.
