Recent reviews of Port Orleans French Quarter, please...

I have read several posts about the uncleanliness of Port Orleans and wondered if that has been resolved? When I read that dirty panties and other such items were found under the beds upon checkin, it made me think twice about trying it there. I know it was recently refurbished and wondered if things are better now? Anyone been recently?

I think the post about the underwear was at the POR. We just stayed at the POFQ and had a great time. Our room was very nice--updated and clean. Very quiet. Nice lush grounds, compact resort.

I would be happy to try and answer any other specific questions you have.

I have stayed at both POFQ & POR within the last 4 months and both were clean. Never saw anything that indicated otherwise.

Just got back from POFQ today and had no trouble with mousekeeping. The room was clean when we arrived and was cleaned everyday.

I have stayed at both POR & POFQ, both were clean each time. No complaints!!!

I stayed at POFQ last Sept and again last month. No problems at all either time. I like it because it is small and not hard to get around there. The boat to DTD is great!
