Recent Park Vue Hotel Experiences?

Hi -

We were considering staying at the Park Vue on our next trip since it is so convenient. But, a friend had a bad experience there recently. They moved hotels because there was a really bad odor and mold in their room and the hotel didn't have another room to offer. I thought they'd refurbished their rooms but apparently they haven't done all of them.

I was curious if anyone else has stayed there recently and what your experience was.

My sister and her hubby and kids were there last week and were so NOT impressed!!!
They'd never stay there again. She said the rooms were filthy and small.
They swam in the pool and then several days later, all came down with itchy spots! Dr says it's likely from the pool.
Stay away from there!
