It's been 4 years since I've been there and I didn't know if there was any "new" advice, tips, info available?

Is the water structure still there? Any issues?

Any microwaves in the garden rooms?

Do they serve free breakfasts yet?
(one can always dream)

Any Mimi's specials?

The water structure is still there and looks the same to me. My boys haven't been interested for a couple years now.

As far as I know, still no microwaves in the rooms in the two-story buildings. I do believe they have refurbished those rooms a bit though. I remember reading about that, and there was a lot of work going on during a couple of our visits. If they got similar treatment to what was done in building 2, then I'm thinking fresh paint, carpets, furnishings, and t.v.s.

Internet and cable channel offerings have been upgraded in the last year or two.

No free breakfasts. Pretty sure that's never going to happen.

No Mimi's specials particularly for hotel guests. You can sign up for Mimi's e-club and get coupons. Mimi's menu has been undergoing changes, and we haven't eaten there lately, but the muffins and salads were still ok the last time we picked them up for take-out.

Mimi's menu is smaller and the specials and coupons are less frequent, but the food is still tasty.

Microwaves are in some rooms per their website (not bldgs. 3, 4, 5, 6 or Kings).
