Recent cruisers: Can you walk up to Guest Services yet?

There is a sign stating reservations required, but we were able to walk up and ask for assistance without a reservation. I never noticed there ever being a line as in think most used the message app.

You're supposed to. I used it twice on my cruise last month. Both times, I made an appointment on the app, then walked over to Guest Services right away and was helped.

There was a line for reservations and a line to just walk up.
this was Fantasy cruise Oct 9-16.
We walked up several times

I walked up to guest services in august on the dream and last week on the fantasy. Never a line when I was there. They don’t tell you to make an appointment when you walk up, they just help you.

Walk right up. We did in Nov,(Wonder) Jan (Dream) and Feb.(Fantasy)

Just got off the magic - guest services had two lines - one for walkups and one for appointments. The appointment line was basically like a fastpass - they took that person first. So you can walk right up, and the most I ever saw was 3 people in line.

We were on the fantasy the beginning of March and walked up to GS several times. There was never a line. Once to get some IT support for the phone. Btw,there is no IT desk any more.
