Recent Concerts??

Hi
Has anyone seen any good bands recently??
We went to see Keane last night - they were excellent! To say they are only a three piece band, they made the MEN Arena rock!!
Also went to see Amy Winehouse last week, who was superb too!!

Went to see Bowling for Soup and they were AMAZING Never been to a concert where the band seemed to have so much fun. They genuinely seemed excited to be on stage in Sheffield.

I was at the Keane concert last night in Manchester,and it was absolutely fantastic!!

I wish it was this time yesterday!

I would definately like to see them again.

We went to see Keane last night too. I liked it but DH wasn't sure.My friend went as well but managed to get into the after show party and met the band

Went to see James Morrison at the manchester apollo a week last Friday. He was fantastic I was a bit worried his voice couldn't be as good live but he was better if that is possible.

Went to see the Killers also recently for the second time, saw them at the apollo the day after we got back from WDW in November. This time they were at the MEN so a much larger venue but absolutly brill- we had a great time. Next up is Paolo Nutini

I went to see Enter Shikari in the Student's Union in Cardiff last thursday and i have to say theyre one of the best bands ive seen live.

December 2005 I saw Blink 182 in the Cardiff International Arena. WOW amazing.

We'll be seeing Journey at Hammersmith Apollo next week and Keith Urban at Birmingham Academy in April.

How jealous am I of your friend who went to Keane's after show party. Did he/she tell you what they were like? Would love to know!

I met Keane years ago when they were still a four piece playing heavy rock and no one had heard of them! Now *THAT* was a party and a half!!!! I was mates with one of the other bands and there were some right shenanigans as it was their drummer's birthday. I seem to recall the largest bottle of whiskey ever being present and several guys dressing up in dresses although I fail to recollect exactly why (I think this may be the whiskey's fault!)

Last bands I have seen are Queen with Paul Rodgers and Beautiful South.
Next one is Meatloaf in May for the 5th time

We saw the best band of all time when we were in Orlando in October last year, DEF LEPPARD!!!! We also say Green Day in April 2005. They were both in the TD Waterhouse Centre.

Saw Iron Maiden in Dublin in December and going to see Meat Loaf in Belfast at the end of May. Gary Moore is playing Belfast, and might get tickets nearer the time.

We went to the one at Sheffield arena that they recorded for DVD, did you goto the same evening?
Should watch it sometime and see if we are on there.
