Receiving confirmation

We are new AKV owners and our guide reserved a room for us for April. Will we receive an actual confirmation via email or snail mail, or do we just hang onto the reservation/confirmation number we received instead?

You should receive a printed confirmation in a week or so. But, if you don't receive a confirmation, you really don't need one. Just show your DL upon check-in. You can also check the member website, your reservation should show there.

If you don't receive the confirmation in 7 to 10 days, give MS a call and request that a new copy get printed. You will need to call them to add your special requests, and DDP anyway.
