Did a survey a couple weeks ago, it was the day that they announced Soarin' would close for refurb, and of course we were already disappointed that Osborne lights were leaving. Was feeling a little down because while we check in on Jan 3rd, we did not have tickets until the 4th, and both attractions were set to end on the 3rd. I guess I put some of the ratings on the survey a little lower than I usually would, and wrote about my disappointment in one of the boxes on the survey. Afterwards we decided to purchase tickets for the day we arrive however were still a little worried about getting to 2 parks when we probably won't arrive until after 2pm. I was very surprised to receive a call on Thurs from a woman in guest relations at Disney. I explained the situation, told her we had since added tickets but would be pressed for time on our arrival day. She said she'd like to help us out and arranged for us to receive special fast passes for Soarin' when we arrive at Epcot so we'd be able to easily make the Osborne lights that evening. Sure enough later that day I received an e-mail with a case number to take to Epcot to receive our passes!
