Received a call from 12th fl Conceirge have some ?'s

They left a message for me.......now since this is my first time doing conceirge not sure what to say to them. We made all our reservations for PS's ourselves. Can I ask them about what view I want or is that something I do when I get there? What other questions can you think of that I might want to know?

If you have any special requests you could ask them about that....I plan on requesting a few things....it cant hurt to give them a room request....just betters your chances of getting it. Some people ask them to assist with touring plans, PS(but youve done that), arrange for something special in the room for when you arrive....request some of the afternoon "treats" be left in the room when you get back in the evening, etc. They are very helpful anything you want just ask!
BTW when are you leaving? Just curious to as when we might expect a call from them?
