Receipts on Dining Plan?

I have a funny question. Sometimes I like to include meal receipts in my scrapbooks for special meals to #1 record what we ate and #2 record what things cost. (I figure that'll be really interesting in 20 years.) So, I was wondering what kind of receipts do you get when you're on the meal plan? Do you still get an itemized one with prices? Just curious. Thanks.

With the free dining your individual reciepts don't have the amount on them but when you check out of your resort, all the CS and TS restaurants are listed on your final papers with the amount you "spent" at each one and the dates you were there.

We got back last week having used the dining plan and our meals were NOT on our final papers. The receipt you sign had the totals (I remember because it was terrific fun to have a $200 meal at Cali Grill and only pay for cocktails) but after you sign it, they keep that one and you get one back that has all 0s for totals. It also has the balance of credits for whatever you just "bought", e.g. "12 Counter Service Credits Remaining". I know this for sure because I just went and looked in my Passporter and I saved them. Have fun!

The reciept you recieve at the restuarant has a breakdown of each persons meal. 9 gals just did free dining...we added up what we spent on sit down, counter service and snacks for 5 days it was $2500...Our room costs for 9 ( 3 rooms at POP) were $1900 including a 1 day park ticket. Most of us have annual passes so the one of us that didn't used most of the park tickets....

The free Dining Plan was a steal....and the food was awesome..
