Not at all. Current workout: I do circuits, so do A1,A2,A3 3 times, then move on to B, B1, B2, B3 3 times, then C.
Monday
A1 assisted chin ups 10-12
A2 alternating single arm shoulder press with dumbells 15lbs 8-9reps/arm
A3 chest press with dumbells at an incline 22lbs 8-10 reps

B1 Squat press machine 130lbs 8-10
B2 cross over lunges with 20lb dumbells 10-12 each leg
(alternate lunging with each leg, leg should cross behind the leg you are lunging on-- these work your butt awesome)

C1 Froggers (plank position, jump with legs so that they are next to your hands, back and forth 12x, then roll over on back, lift your legs and butt off ground and roll up onto feet without using your hands 10x) also kills your butt.

Tuesday
incline walk 20-30 minutes, changing incline and speed throughout (this is harder than running I think)
Wednesday
A1 pull downs with bar (machine with the bar and pulley) 70lb 12-16 reps
A2 bicep curls with barbell, 10lb weights on each side, 18 reps
A3 back rows with barbell, add another 10lbs on each side of barbell you used for bicep curls, turn hands so that palms face outward, lean forward and pull your arms in to work your back muscles
B1 goblet squats, one 35lb dumbell in both hands and squat so butt almost touches the ground, 10-12 reps
B2 step ups, step onto bench with dumbells 20lb each hand, 20 reps
C1 2 minutes on bike, level 20 resistance KILLER
Thursday
A1 pull ups assisted 10-12
A2 shoulder press with barbell, 10lb weights on each side, 16-20 reps
A3 chest flies, 12 lb dumbelll in each hand 12-16 reps
B1 straight leg dead lift with barbell 25-30 lbs each side, 10 reps
B2 back lunges 20 lb dumbells in each hand, 20-24 reps
C1 froggers
Friday/Saturday
incline walk again
Wow, so sorry if this is long and confusing. I am trying to really work my shoulders, back, chest and butt since those will be most exposed in my dress. As my fiance always says, abs are built in the kitchen so I don't do any direct ab work but you could always throw that in. Sprints are also really good.
