OK, we're going to list the things we love about the podcast.

1. I do love the restaurant reviews from Kevin. That's probably the #1 segment on the show for me. When Kevin does a review you always know that there'll be something funny that happened.

2. I love the interaction between the crew. I like the good natured jabbing that goes on.

3. I love to hear what comes up on the prizematron. I always think, "ooooh, I'd love to win that". And talk about jealous when they were awarding cruises.

4. I love the good work the podcast does for chartiy. They don't get enough credit for that.

1. I love to hear any and all news about Disney...good and bad
2. I love how the Pod Cast Crew works together
3. It's awesome that they gather all the news and hand it to us
4. Pete and the gang make me laugh..while at work and that's a good thing
5. I love the honesty that the Pod Cast puts out, the information is not sugar coated

I could go on......

. The great information you get about WDW
“unscrubbed truth”
. All the laughs
. The generosity of the entire crew
. Food talk
. The funny banter/interaction of the crew
. The wonderful stories shared
. The validation you receive as a listener that you really are just someone who enjoys Disney and it isn’t a bad thing
. some thing to look forward to every week

I agree with all the pp. I get giddy as a schoolgirl when I find out Kevin has a dinner review. That's kind of creepy. :cutie:

I also love John's quips - they always happen when you least expect them. He's comedic timing is priceless. :lovestruc

I also really appreciate Pete and John's generosity.

My # reason is cuz as its called unplugged and they are not scared to say what they think and are not like robots like other podcasts (disney and non-disney) .

I love all the above, plus that they make me laugh. :lmao:

All of the above... and it is something to listen to while I go for a walk. Also like to listen as I am falling asleep (just found out the iPod has a sleep timer!), but recently the team has been so raucous (in a good way) that they keep me awake!

I too love everything listed above!

If I *had* to narrow it down to one generalized reason however, it would be because it combines my love of Disney with a group of people who fall into the same sense of humor category as myself.

I love that the show is not always G-rated. It's hard to find content about Disney that isn't totally sugar coated and I enjoy that a lot. There are times at work I'll be listening to the podcast, a sexual innuendo will work itself into the conversation, hysterical laughter will ensue while everyone's dirty minds fill in the blank, and I'll have to cover my mouth to keep from interrupting others with my own laughter.

Pete's rants.....John's & Kevin's comments....priceless!

I'm a wife and a mom and I love to hear the comments that Corey and Julie make. They seem like such a genuinely loving couple and it is a joy to hear about their growing family. Kevin's restaurant reviews are sooo entertaining, too! I love his dry, clever comments!

There are a number of Disney podcasts that I listen to, but this is the only one that regularly makes me snort while I'm listening I'm laughing so hard.

For me the number one thing is the interaction of the group. It wouldn't matter how good the content is, and it is very good, if the delivery wasn't entertaining.

I love the podcast because...

It was my first affirmation that there are people out there who are as Disney obsessed as I am (and some are more :dance3:)

The wonderful Real people talking. No overly smooth commercial like feeling. The teasing, the rants, the feeling that I am eaves dropping.

Foodies unite!

The blend of voices, experiences, and oppinons.
Love having more female voices. Pete, John, & Kevin are all big personalities - it's great to have Julie, Kathy, & Teresa
(along with Cory & Walter) to create a mosaic.

and Bob.
I miss him.
His was the first voice I could pick out from the group.
He had done a Kartcam of Main St. He was crossing over the tracks to film the castle view and the shops.
Kevin or John teased him that they were getting sea sick watching it.
Bob's reply summed up what is special about the podcast to me:
When you walk down Main Street you look around.
Take it all in.
It's about the people at home who are loving the view AND the people who are there now.
It might be kinda creepy for a guy in a motor chair to be filming your family all the way down Main Street.
Thanks Bob :littleangel:

I love the podcast because it takes me away from reality if only for a short period of time. When it's cold and snowing and -30 degrees celsius here(sorry I think thats like -20's F) I can be somewhere warm and fun.

The banter between eveyone on the team is great, I agree in regards to Bob, I just commented about him in another thread as well. I just finished listening to the "BOB GOLF" episode, very funny, Pete says something about Bob "putting in the rough" and he just kept on going.
Definately going to miss that.

The DIS was the first disney podcast that I ever listened to and it will always hold a special place in my heart.

I enjoy the chemistry between those seated around "the roundtable". They seem to really have a good time and make sure to have fun with everything they do.

I also am a fan of Corey & Julie, as I too have a young family and enjoy the loving/friendship relationship they exhume.

Keep up the fun and I look forward to meeting all of the podcast crew at DISapalooza!

Blah, blah, blah, funny, blah blah blah same thing other people said, blah, blah.

I get to listen to people who live my dream. They live in Orlando. Once in a while, they talk about moving to and living in Orlando and I get to dream some more. This is doubly nice in the winter.

Kevin throws out trivia questions and I can't always answer. Love learning new trivia. It's fun to know the answers, but it is more fun to not know and wonder and get told.

I like the honesty. I know that all the members will give their honest opinion and share their experiences. I may not always agree (though many times I do) but I like hearing another point of view, it keeps the mind open! I also appreciate it when there is a difference of opinion between the members ie one recent podcast there was discussion of experience at Food and Wine. John and Kevin weren't nearly as impressed as the others. I like that the members of the team share those differences of experiences and opinions with us. It shows how people can experience the same thing in different ways.

I also like the rapport that the team has all have very different personalties from each other yet they all come together and make a cohesive team.
