REAS-Where's Donna/Debbie?

I remember when we booked our last cruise with DCL over 1 year ago, I called a woman, I think named Debbie or Donna, at Disney and she helped schedule everything over the phone. She was WONDERFUL and everyone on DIS boards raved about her. Is she still available to help or is the only option to book online or with TA?

Now that the online booking is set up for pre-booking these things Debbie no longer handles the REAS bookings.

There is another person that will take care of anyone that does not end up prebooking these online and she does contact the people and get them taken care of, but Disney asks that you now prebook the Palo/Spa reservations online.
