REAS Question.

We are travelling in July with my 12 yr old son and my parents. If I book the REAS package (4day land/3day sea) for some couple time for hubby and I, can I invite my parents to join us just for Palo? I know they would not want me to book them the whole package since they have no interest in spa options.
