I just called to confirm my ressies for the REAS package and told Debbie she has gotten rave reviews on the DIS. She told me to let everyone know she'll be on vacation next week, so you won't get a hold of her then.
She is a very nice person to deal with. If you haven't gotten a call to schedule and you want to call her, I would recommend calling her direct number. I called the toll free number yesterday, asked for her extension and was told I would be called and they wouldn't transfer me to her.
