Rearranging trip due to Irma--anyone else having trouble canceling online ?

I am trying to cancel Star Wars Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party for Tues 9/12 and cancel a lunch reservation at The Plaza for 9/11. I cancelled other dining reservations, no problem and they no longer show on My Disney Experience.

The dessert party and the Plaza meal show the wheel just churning; they don't show cancelled and I can't select cancel as an option right now. I am sure the system is just overwhelmed.

We rebooked the Star Wars Dessert party for late October (which is when we rescheduled this trip).

Anyone else having this problem? The thought of calling and holding for 6 hours does not appeal to me

They are waiving any cancellation fees through 9/11. They said no need to cancel. Not sure about your 9/12 reservation.

I called and was through to Dining Reservations within 5 minutes
They said my reservations were showing as cancelled in their system but for whatever reason aren't showing as cancelled in My Disney Experience for me.

Now, I'm trying to rebook dining & not having a lot of luck finding reservations for our new dates.
