Is the MK on a Sunday really that bad-crowd wise. I am planning on going on Sunday September 17th all day-not hopping and staying for the later hours-In fact how will it that time of year going for the EMH in general at all the parks? Still trying to plan my days.

I'm going to be there the same time and was thinking of going to MK on Sunday too, although I will probably hop to Epcot for the afternoon and evening and come back if I'm not too tired.

I'm arriving Saturday afternoon and leaving Wednesday - I won't have too much time so trying to figure out how to get the maximum hours.

So how crowded do you think the Sunday Sept 17 Magical Beginnings will be? The Sept 17 MK evening EMH? The Monday Sept 18 AK morning EMH? The Sept 18 Spectromagic parade?

Can I quietly suggest that you try out Tour Guide Mike (see the link at the top of the page). His advice is the BEST for this type of info, and he has a money back gaurantee. If you want to avoid crowds and maximize park hours, then please check his website out.

TGM said that the Sunday 2 weeks later was perfectly crowd friendly. To be honest it was the best day we could have picked for MK for various reasons, and usually evening EMH is on a Sunday (or is that in October?)

Last year was our first time at WDW and we went straight to MK first, on a Sunday morning (this was September 18 I think). It was fabulous and it was very very quiet. Hardly anyone was there!

We arrived around 9.15am and were able to walk onto all of the following rides before 12pm:

Splash Mountain (twice)
BTMR
Haunted Mansion
Cinderella's Carousel (in fact there were only about 7 of us on it!)
Snow White's Scary Adventures
Pirates of the Caribbean
Jungle Cruise
and we spent a bit of time at the Frontierland shootin' arcade and even found time to sit on those big ole' rocking chairs near Liberty Square and people watch for a bit!

I know those tour guides are very helpful but from my own experience, it just wasn't that crowded Sunday morning. And we went during free dining as well but that didn't seem to affect the crowds too much on our trip.

So I say go for it!!! I plan on doing MK on a Sunday morning this time around too! Have a great time!

We have gone to the MK on Sunday's in September since we've been going to WDW. It's always "crowded" but not unbearably so.
