With Danielle doing all this suing, I imagine there will come a time that restraining orders are filed and when that happenes, I wonder how tricky filing the Reunion show will be....no one will want or be allowed to film with her!!!!

I honestly think that woman has some major issues and I can't fathom why her EX lets her kids continue to live with her.......

Can't you just see it now? Danielle will be there via satellite to protect her safety! She makes me sick.

For the Reunion show-you know how they split the cast between two sofas?

How will they do this group?
Danielle with her Biker gang on one side?:lmao:

Contents of 'Real Housewives' Teresa Giudice's home in Towaco to be auctioned off

STAFF REPORT

The contents of the Towaco mansion owned by 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Teresa Giudice--who filed for bankruptcy protection last fall-- will be auctioned off next month, according to a report on WSJ.com.

The http://blogs.wsj.com/bankruptcy/2010/07/15/real-housewife-finds-drama-in-bankruptcy-court/">report, says the bankruptcy trustee for Giudice and her husband, Joe, is aiming to auction off the contents of the cash-strapped couple's newly built Towaco home.

Home furnishings, accessories, tools and a boat belonging to the Giudices will be included in the auction, slated to take place on Aug. 22, according to the report.

The report did not specify where the auction will take place.

The couple faces foreclosure of the $1.8 million home on Indian Lane, according to published reports.

According to the WSJ.com report, the Giudices are also facing allegations that they concealed assets, including interests in a pizza parlor, laundromat and Teresa Giudice line of clothing and accessories entitled TG Fabulicious, according to the report.

The bankruptcy trustee has also accused the couple of making false statements under oath about their assets, income and expenses, according to the report.

Oh YEAH, I want to see what kind of cover-ups Juicy and Miss Brain Surgeon 1989 came up with...this oughtta be good. :lmao:

agnes!

I agree with you, but if all of these woman take the high road, there is no show. Bravo doesn't want them to behave themselves - they want the drama.

I definitely hear what you are saying, but you know what? I'm actually enjoying Caroline's "storyline" without all the hair pulling, pushing, shoving & shouting, bodyguards:eek:, and living well-beyond your means drama  ... for example, Albie's law school problems, Caroline starting to experience "empty nest" feelings, wishing her husband would retire & spend more time with her, etc. ... these are issues that I think a lot of us can relate too and would probably continue to tune into to watch ... I also think that Teresa can have a "storyline" based on her being a "stage mom", which, of course she denies  ... Jacqueline's "storyline" can maybe have something to do with helping her immature daughter grow up once & for all ...

IMHO, all the bickering and cat fighting on all the "housewives" shows anymore is really starting to turn me off :sad2: ... enough already :headache: ... I would really start liking to see some "REAL" housewives for a change, with "REAL" lives ... :)

No.... You mean their money dealings are "shady"? Who would have thought! :rolleyes1

It will be interesting to see if the auction actually takes place or if "family contributions" saves their butts.. LOL..

I cant remember seeing that much furniture in her house-except the bedrooms=no pictures, lamps, rugs that normal people fill their house with.

One thing I distinctly remember-when Caroline and Albie went to Teresa's for dinner-theresa was spooning all the pasta dishes in those big crinkled foil containers you get at Walmart-she doesnt even have nice serving dishes or cassarole dishes:sad2:

So is this THE house that we see when we watch RHoNJ? Because somewhere it was stated that they own several properties.

OMG .. on Teresa's name for her clothing .. :headache: :headache:

Boy does this ever put a ton of EGG on Teresa's face after she was screaming last Tues at Danielle .. "My house is NOT in foreclosure, MY house is NOT in foreclosure" .. sure looks that way to me, Teresa!!!!!!!!!

And she was the one yelling "I live in a 5 million dollar house"! They are so bold to hide assets and take money from honest contractors and now file bankruptcy...

Did you see her on the after show - when someone called in and asked about her house being in foreclosure? She adamantly denied it, but when the bankruptcy was brought up she had a very cavalier attitude about it..

"Who isn't in debt? My husband & his ex-partner filed bankruptcy.. Everyone is in debt.. Trump filed in February.."
------------------

So that makes it okay??? :headache:

Hmmmmm. Maybe since she does all her own cleaning, she figures it's better to use disposables!:rotfl:

Does anyone know if this is the home they live and film in? Or is this one of their other properties?

Also, does Danielle's EX husband have anything to do with his kids? I never hear them talk about their dad or even really know who he is.

Oh and is it just me or does anyone else think that Danielle's prison bodyguard and her may have something going on? The way they look at each other has me wondering........

Danielle's ex-husband is suing her for lies in her book.

Oh bother ... :rolleyes1

Well all I can is I am so glad my DS is in law school ... because seriously I have never seen so many people suing each other ... :headache: :headache: :headache:

Yes, there was actually a blog in the Wall Street Journal about this. The bankruptcy discharge may be denied as they appear to have lied (what a surprise) about their assets. They "forgot" (?) to list income from a pizza parlor, laundymat and also income from her "clothing line" and the income from her "Skinny Italian" cookbook. Seriously, can that woman even compose a sentence? I mean, I'm wondering if a ghost writer could even interpret her sentences.

This makes me happy....as this woman has been flaunting her "money" (they don't have any money.......hence the ").....for this entire season. Why didn't Bravo follow her and her husband to BK court? I guess it was better TV to film the housewarming party.

I'm sorry, but there are a lot of people who are really hurting with this economic downturn. And some of them were "wealthy", and then it was all gone in an instant. The Guidices are the perfect example of being leveraged to the hilt..... Even those wads of cash can't help them now. My state will make an example out of them.

ITA:thumbsup2 The article in People magazine was a real eye opener. Teresa's hubby's business partners, contractors and property managers were interviews and they were all left high and dry. He would take the income from rental properties (most low income) and keep the money to build his mansion and support his wife's shopping habits. Meanwhile many families are also filing BK because they were not paid as they should have for their work. I wonder how they feel when Teresa says it's "no big deal". I hope she is grilled during the reunion show.
