Did we ever find out if they had the e-mail that they claimed proved they were invited to the white house?

On one episode, the hairdresser asked to see the invitation, and M, went out to the car, and was looking for it, then claimed the bag was left at home. Did they ever have an official invite?

I understood that much of the communication is over e-mail. The social secretary (or whoever the party person is at WH) according to the Salahis confirmed their invitation but according to this person she did not confirm but was trying to see if they could get in due to their polo connection. The e-mail that Salahis claim made them think they were invited has not made public because the investigation is not closed yet although they have not been charged with anything either. This makes me think there is more to the story than two nuts trying to scam their way into the WH. But, then there would have never been an invitation, so what was the part of the show where she was searching for the invitation?

I think these two are so used to lying that THEY don't even know what the truth is. They are sooooo phony! Michaele doesn't seem very bright to me so I wonder if she really believed they were invited. Hopefully someday she will see the light about her husband and get the heck away from him. He's a con-artist!

Anyone watch the reunion show last night?

That Michaele is a peice of work, huh? How about when she was talking about all the people that Cat has made cry and Andy asked her if she has cried and she made that horrible fake crying face? UGH!!!
I did think it was interesting at the end when he asked her if she went anywhere without her husband and she said no and then got very emotional. I wonder if she sees that she is in a total controlling relationship.

Anyway, as much as people say they thought this year was boring, I rather enjoyed it. It was much more laid back than Jersey and after coming off THAT season it was nice to have a little "boring"!

I agree completely about the lying, it is second nature to them. They spin it so much they start to believe it.

I do think Michaele knew they weren't invited when she went through that whole "misplaced the invite and my bra" episode at the salon. She told the stylist she had an invite and she would go get it and show her. Then she couldn't produce it. That is always when the confused vague thing starts.

That comment that Michaele made to Cat was low. She was talking about being a good person, but she said something cruel like that. Besides, Michaele did us a favor for taking her slimy, creepy husband off the market!

I'm curious to see next weeks show, I'm dying to know what Linda was talking about with Tareq and the other women.

Also, I'm not a fan of Michaele and her hubby, but I was a little annoyed when Staci said her husband "crashed" (her words) the Nigerian Embassy. I thought it was very hypocritical, in a way. But I am truly glad she found her father. That reunion will be a beautiful thing to witness!

I agree, Michael's comment to Cat was very low. Especially coming from someone who is suppose to be filled with love, love, love! Sounds like it was a very bitter separation/divorce.

I don't think that Tareq allows Michael to be alone much at all. It seems like it is a very controlled relationship and she could care less as long as she gets to have all the benefits. She obviously loves being the center of attention and meeting famous people. So, if he can provide that, honestly or not, she's going to hang on to that jerk for a long time.

Did you all notice how Linda keeps mispronouncing Michael's name? I thought that was great.

I do like Cat for her honesty. She is not going to be your friend because she has to. If she doesn't like you then she lets you know. I also think her brashness can be a bit rude at times, but you have to know that just her personality. You have to wonder if that was coming out because of the divorce. She looks like a hurt kitten these days.

I applaud Linda for not allowing Tareq to come out without the others having their spouse/significant other as well. This should be interesting, 'cause I think the men will really let Tareq have it with both barrels!

I didn't hear Stacy say that her husband "crashed" the embassy. That's kind of ironic, huh? I'm surprised Michaele didn't chime in on that one.

It does sound like Cat's divorce is quite nasty. Can't believe he left without saying goodbye to his step-daughters who loved him so much! LOSER!!!!

I have a feeling that since the White House incident, Michaele has changed quite a bit and Tareq has coached her on what to say. Those rude comments about "at least I'm still married" etc. sound more like him than her. Cat is rude and there is nothing about her that I really like. Sounds like she dated her ex long distance and then just packed up and moved to DC. Charles has to stay out of the politics because of his job and she was a liability with her mouth.

I am glad that all the husbands will be out together. Really, none of them should be out there, just the ladies, but if you allow one, then allow them all. Should be interesting...

I agree with the comment that they hijacked the show. I think there would have been more on the political angle of DC without them.

The best part was that the house she showed in her audition tapes wasn't even hers! Now wouldn't bravo tv research things a bit before signing someone on as a wealthy housewife? Andy is the executive producer of the show. He likes to point fingers so easily but as soon as someone becomes as big of a story as the Salahis, he certainly welcomed the publicity.

The best part of the reunion show was Mary and Linda's reactions to the Salahis responses. Laughing out loud... fainting onto one another... slapping their knees... very funny.
