looking at ads for upnorth property.......can someone explain what " The home sits on a nice lot with mature trees and approximately 13 acres behind the home that is in CRP. means???

What does "CRP" mean"???? thanks

I am not a realtor. But I did a google search and this is what i found:

Maybe it stands for Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) as explained in the link. Hopefully a realtor will have a better answer.
