Also our whole party was preselected correctly to only those that were scanned into the park for those wondering! We have a couple extra people on our list that didn't come on this trip but only the 6 of us there were chosen.

This is great, since it definitely saves several seconds of selecting the party.

Then again, it saves those several seconds for EVERYONE ELSE also, so not sure it's an advantage for me!

With my group being 7 people, which I assume is bigger than most, I think it is good for us. This puts small and large groups on a level playing field. The need to select people put smaller groups at an advantage.

Must say, everyone scared me so much I practiced the last 2 days, got in both times. Doesn't seem as tedious or complicated at all, at least not anymore. Exactly 10:00 hit blue button twice, done.

I will say for us it was pretty easy, we were in DHS 3 times over the past 8 days; we got boarding groups for our family of 4 all 3 days (BG 8, 4 and 5). It was as smooth as we had practiced at home. But every time there were people right near us that didn’t get a boarding group. Good luck!

Our day is Sep 8th (day after Labor Day) so I'm hoping HS isn't to reservation capacity. I've practiced the last 3 days both at 10am and 2p and will continue to do so until we leave. Been successful getting to the warning screen about being in the park every time. Hopefully I don't freak out when we're there and get all thick fingered LOL!

Going to DHS in the morning. DH and I share an MDE account and I manage it. Do I need to make him an account so that we are trying from two different accounts and how would I link that? By room reservation, ticket number, friends list? Everything I’ve tried so far isn’t working, And I’m wondering if it’s necessary or can we use 2 different phones under the same account?? Please help!

That will definitely make a difference. Practicing from home this morning, I had lousy signal and it took too long for the screens to load. By the time I clicked on the last step, BGs were all gone. We'll see how it goes in a little while for this afternoon's drop.

i literally had the exact same thing happen this morning when I decided to try on the fly when it was approaching 10. It took forever for my family to load

Got into the park at 9:30 in line for MMRR , got on the ride at 9:59, got bg 3. The app preselected all of us

Group 41, called at 2:45. Down again about 20 mins into our wait, announcements have been coming on that it should be up again “shortly.” App preselected all of us at 10.

Practicing at home - couldn't get it either time yesterday, and today at 2pm, I got the blue Join button, but then after the next screen (where you add people) it just went to the no boarding groups left screen. I'm supposed to get another blue button between those two, right?

Remember if you have somewhere to be you can find the nearest cm and ask for a recovery fp, that way you don't stand in line for who knows how long. You get a fp and then go back to ride when it reopens

Yep, so unsuccessful so far. Luckily on our trip we'll have my niece who will be much better at using her cell phone

In line now, after 3 breakdowns today, (twice while in line). I know everyone said it’s worth it, but I have wasted so much time with this today. Still haven’t ridden RnRC or ToT. We had just walked over to Sunset Blvd with 45 min waits posted at each ride when the ride came back on and we were in the first groups called so scared to miss the 1hr window. Hustled back over and now been in line for almost an 1 hr with the new breakdowns. Our morning started at Pop where we were about 10 families back from the front of the Skyliner at 8:10. Only to be told at 8:40 the Skyliner wasn’t going to be available. We took off for the buses and were on the first bus, but sweaty, hot, and with HUNDREDS of mad, miserable people behind us. It was a terrible situation. Mixed with the lines for the MK bus, it was nuts!
So all in all, I’m ready to be blown away, but I’m also ready for it to get over with so we can get on with our day just DH and me this trip, I would have been stressing if our 3 kids were involved!
