I’ve read all the tips and I’m hoping to snag a BG tomorrow morning! Currently staying at Pop and considering Skyliner and lining up at 8:45am for it. Does that sound reasonable? Thanks

Side note, on choosing the Guests for the BG, I don’t think I can choose “select all” as we also have an infant with us. Hopefully my fingers will be fast enough. I’ll let y’all know how it goes.

skyliner is supposed to start at 9am, yes

someone on pop thread was in line at 8:20 and was lucky to get into the park around 9:45 today so might want to be a bit earlier. The skyliner didn’t start until 9:05 and the line was long at 8:20 and long again at CBR for the second leg of the trip. Then they had to walk away from the park to get in a very long line at the temp check.

That is WILD. When I was there I got in line at 9:15 one day and barely made it, the next day I got in line at the same time & was in at 10:08 (so we missed the first window). The CM's I talked to made it sound like it definitely shouldn't have taken that long so it sucks that it's taking 1.5 hours now. Maybe they're having issues? The park was at "capacity" the days I was there, supposedly, but maybe they've increased it already. If that's the case I would just take a Lyft. I love the skyliner but not enough to stand in the sun that long & miss ROTR.

I tried to do a practice today right at 10am but every time I clicked join on the main page or on the virtual queues page, my App shut down and I had to reload it. Does not bode well for our trip next week... grrrr.

I wonder if it is because I have an older iphone 6 that is still on IOS version 12 and can't be upgraded to the latest operating system -- do you have to have version 13 for it to work?

Big change of plans..... So while we were in line for Skyliner, infant had other ideas. We had to leave the SL line and take care of infant needs. We decided to drive and arrived at DHS toll both at 9:02. There were some cars in line and we made it through the booth by 9:20. Parked/screened/security/ in park by 9:42. In line at MMRR 9:45 and at 10am secured BG16!!!!!!!!

Just posted the same thing!!! So weird. And I've practiced once before a couple weeks ago and it was not an issue then. Will try again at 2pm. I'd be really sad if they've phased out older phones. Rest of the app is working fine but every time I clicked virtual queue the app disappeared.

Same here. Tried join and virtual queue. Never had a problem in the past. Hope you get a low number boarding pass when you go- have a great time!

If only your current party is listed on your friends list, you can choose select all at the top of your party list and that will save you some time.

Huh - maybe just lucky, but I set an alarm and did a practice run this AM - got right in, first try

Not sure how I feel about that. I wonder if the BG's are going faster because so many people are "practicing"? FWIW - jumped right back out to free up the BG I had secured.

Yes "Select All" is the first selection box. It can be a good option or a bad option depending on how many names appear on your list. For example if you chose "Select All" and some members of your list have not entered HS then the next screen will stop you from completing until you fix the list.
