Can you make payments on the DCL site if your cruise was booked through another agency? I went on the DCL site and can bring up my reservation but I don't see anywhere where you can apply payments. :confused3

No, I don't believe that you can. You have to apply your payment through your travel agency. DCL will refer you to your agent for any questions you have specific to your reservation, as well.

How about on-board credits? Can you call Disney directly or also through TA?

My understanding (and experience) is that if you booked through a TA, DCL will not do ANYTHING associated with your reservation. They will answer generic questions for you about the cruise, but any transactions have to be processed through the TA, whether it's about finances, staterooms, dining rotation request, etc. The only time that changes is once you've made your final payment, when you can then use the DCL website to book your excursions, Palo, Flounder's, etc.

Even though you have booked through a travel agent as we did in England you can still apply money to your stateroom credit. Dont know if you can do this on line but you can download a form and fax it to them. We have done this several times to build up a credit before we go.
Good luck.
