Re-Check your reservations

I was adding some people on the magical Express for our Christmas stay and member services could not find my linked reservations. I used some BCV and VWL points to use at VWL. There was also no dining plan added and there were two people left off the reservation. They figured that it happened during their maintenance fix last week. I am glad that I got this straightened out before I got down there.
 

We have 3 reservations for December and all of our room requests were missing. I don't know if it was software or MS related. :confused3

My reservation (starting Sunday...so can't wait) is ok, but the system is still not letting me do online check-in (I've re-entered every single item of information and I've tried 12 times now)...sigh...oh, well, at least the reservation is there and I can always just check in when we arrive...
 
I think the new system has a lott of kinks in it , I also have been trying to do online check in for 5 days with no luck . I called in one time and they said all online check in does is tells them when to put your welcome packet together .
 
Just checked on our Dec reservations - 2 of them - a couple of days ago - and they were all messed up. I had checked them over the summer, so I know they were correct. We had missing people, missing dining plan on some of the reservations, no ME. I hope this system becomes better though we have had dining plan missing even though I had added it in the past.
 
I always have some sort of mixup with ME. This last time, ME had me coming in from Detroit with my DGF, after I had already received the correct information that I was coming in from Dayton 5 nights before that! When I sent MS an e-mail asking for verification, I was quoted that they had it right and they did, but they also had it wrong!
