We have a reservation at an RCI property on Kauai through DVC. I really wasn't expecting any availability as I called about 10 days ago for an April trip. We will be celebrating our 25th anniversary 
My question is: when will we receive our documents (reservation papers)? The reservation is showing up on the dvcmember.com site but with no details.
Should I call member services? the resort? What would you do?
