RCI TPU's changed

For those wanted to trade into DVC using RCI, the TPU's have changed:

studio = 22
1BR = 32
2BR = 36

I am so bummed! I had placed an ongoing search a few months ago with 28 TPU. Previously, that has been enough to get a 2BR. I passed on some other great Orlando/Kissimmee properties while waiting for this ongoing search to come thru not knowing the TPU's had been increased. Now, there is no hope of getting a 2BR and the 2BR's at most other Orlando/Kissimmee properties are gone for the week I want in April. Glad I didn't book airline tickets yet.

Just hoping to save someone else some frustration!

Happened weeks ago. There was also a period when everything was 32 across the board.

One more reason why exchange isn't much more than legal gambling. Join us over on TUG or TS4M where we keep close tabs on this sort of thing. Also, Wyndham has not yet deposited April. It should come in sometime this month Unless you are talking Easter, 28 will probably grab a 2BR there.

Unfortunately, I have been out of the loop. I have the ongoing deposit so didn't think much of it. I went to check it today and lo and behold, noticed the difference. Wyndham as in Wyndham Bonnet Creek? I have never stayed there but have always wanted to. Not Easter week, the week after Easter (April 14th). Maybe I will add them to my ongoing search then. I'm just going back and forth because my daughter doesn't want to miss school but the airfare and TPU's for that time of year in general are higher. Which, of course, makes perfect sense the whole supply and demand thing. I will pop over those boards to take a peek. Thanks for the recommendation.

Yes, Bonnet Creek. March went in a little over a week ago, but was "late". April could be any time.
