RCI Timeshare in New Orleans(long)

I know we have some people who have traded or some who own RCI on this board. My DH and our best friends are going to New Orleans in March. I have checked out hotels, B& Bs etc. I came across an RCI timeshare for rent called The Quarterhouse. Has anyone ever heard of this or perhaps stayed there? We want to stay in the Quarter and this seems almost too good to be true. We are spoiled by DVC and if we don't have to stay in a standard size hotel room we would be happier. Now don't get me wrong, just happy to be going, but I thought I might get some opinions, please. Thanks for any help with this. By the way any suggestions where to stay would be appreciated.

The Quarterhouse is a Gold Crown resort- the highest ranking for RCI resorts. It is located in the French Quarter of New Orleans and therefore has a downtown ambiance- not a typical resort setting, but in the heart of the city.

Thanks for info. I called the resort in reply to their email and I am awaiting a reply. The rooms were available (2 bedroom, 2 bath) when they emailed me, so hopefully they will still be.
