RCI and Disney?

Hi, I have some questions about using RCI to book at Disney?

I had someone on a Forum on Facebook tell me you no longer can use magic bands or get dining plans or park hopper if you book through RCI with Disney even if you stay at a Disney Rerost through them?

That doesnt make any sense to me. Why would it be worth booking RCI or using RCI if they wont allow you to have the same perks of the resort you are staying at ON DISNEY Property ...??

It doenst make any sense..

I've always been told you can do Dining plan, Magic Bands, park hopper etc. and get all the Disney perks with RCI as long as its the peorprties listed

I want to use RCI to book one of these resorts in MAY I can't book until December

I'm going with a Friend down on the Amtrak (He stays at All Star Music) and already has his room booked.
and our dining plan reservations

but I will need to get my stuff and mymagic band etc,. park hopper, dining plans etc.

so Can someone please let me know if I can get these using RCI?

and if I should be able to find at least one Room for Mid May - if i book by DEXC 15th?

I know im cutting it close but I have no choice in the matter.

My goal is to book by Christmas max. But hopefully Dec 15th

You will definitely get your magic bands. You can purchase your park hopper ticket and create a My Disney experience account. Then link your tickets to your account. You will want to get your reservation number and then link that to your My Disney Experience account. That will link your reservation and tickets. The Disney resort deposits on RCI have been much more sparse than in past years. I have no experience with the dining plans. With a full kitchen I personally wouldn't spend the money on a dining plan. There are grocery delivery services or a quick Uber ride would save quite a bit compared to the dining plan.
