Rave about 2 CM's: Who to contact?

DH and I recently returned from our first trip to DL and we are hooked! We had a great time and enjoyed the nice weather (cool by comparison to what we've been experience in KS!).

We have 2 CM's in particular who we found to be outstanding!

On the 2nd night of our vacation, I was on the balcony of our room at GCH and was fiddling with the battery compartment of my camera; my brand, spanking new Rebel T1i that I had bought just for this trip! It was dark, I heard a pop and something small and plastic sailed over the balcony into the bushes below! YIKES!!!! The battery cover was gone and my camera would not operate without it!

I called the front desk to get permission to climb over the fence and look and they sent hotel security to assist. BUT, it was dark, and the undergrowth was WAY thicker than I expected. I believed all to be lost.

We spent the next day at DL and I didn't get a single picture (but it did enable me to carry absolutely NOTHING in the parks; which was bittersweet!). After returning to our room to prepare for our dinner at Napa Rose, we got a phone call from security. The guard that had helped me the night before looked again when he came on duty and found the battery cover. He delivered it to my room and all was saved! DH said he's lucky he didn't get himself kissed!

I want to write a letter to management commending him for helping me. He didn't have to go back and search again....

We also had a fabulous CM named Joe at the Fantasmic dessert seating. Funny, attentive, personable; he was DEFINITELY the embodiment of Disney service!

So, the short question is: who do I contact? I know the WDW guest relations email but not sure about DL.

For the security guard, I would contact GCH directly and compliment him. As far as the CM at fantasmic, I would call Guest Services in the park. I'm sorry that I do not have the number, I will try to find it.
