I've read the reviews on Trip Adviser, and they are generally positive. Here's the thing: Jamaican cuisine is known to be spicy, and have a very low tolerance for spicy foods. Taco Bell medium sauce is pretty much my upper limit. Anything that's been in the same kitchen as a Scotch Bonnet pepper (a staple of jerk chicken, and probably other Jamaican dishes) is likely to put me in the ER.

So knowing what you know about me, is there anything at the Bob Marley restaurant that I'd be able to eat?

We just got back from there. We had the Jerk Chicken which is probably the spiciest dish on the menu. Very flavorful but not overwhelming. The waiter said the Curry Chicken is not spicy at all. Food is kind of tamed for the masses. Talk to your waiter and they will steer you right. We were very happy with our chicken and the price was reasonable.

Brought this back to add a couple interesting things; Rita Marley has to approve any changes to the menu. They have lamb on the menu which is not authentic Jamaica at all, but they don't have goat which is a staple! Disappointing, but no goat no cry.
