Got home a few minutes ago from a Rascal Flatts concert. It was the BEST night of my life :cool1:  :bounce:
I was singing along the whole night and got some good pictures.
17th row!! :thewave:

Just wondering if anyone else loves them as much as I do :goodvibes

im never on the teen thread, but just saw this one the main board..i just got home from the concert--it was great, wasnt it?!?!

It was amazing! I haven't had that much fun in my life. One of my friends hung around afterwards by the back doors and a securtity guard told her that they were gone, but they stuck around. After half an hour of waiting, when everyone else left the area, THEY PULLED UP IN A VAN! They asked how they liked the concert and her friend told them they didn't sing her favorite song. So they sang it to her. I was so jealous when she told me. I was supposed to meet up with them to stick around but I had to get home. I'm so mad I didn't. I can't believe they meet the guys! AND got a private song  :cloud9:

They sang a lot of different stuff actually. Something from all three albums. I'm trying to think, cause I don't know the order and I forget some of it because I was just singing along like a mad-person
-Here's To You (I know they opened with this since it was The Here's To You Tour :goodvibes )(I love this song too)
-Bless The Broken Road
-Feels Like Today
-I Melt (omg, they talked about Joe Don and his video and being "hot" to lead into the song :cool1: )
-These Days
-Too Good Is True (at least I think so... I remember it, but honestly can't remember :confused3 )
-Mayberry
-I'm Moving On (aww, Gary was crying afterwards, or at least it seemed like it :sad1:
-Prayin' For Daylight
-This Everday Love
-See Me Through (think this ended the show... until the encore.)

Also, Jay played piano and sang Great Balls of Fire
Joe Don got everyone to sing Friends In Low Places
and for the encore they sang- some song I actually forgot, Hit Me With Your Best Shot, and Born In The USA
for Born In The USA they brought out Shelly Fairchild and Blake Shelton to sing with them

 :cool1: :Pinkbounc :bounce:  :jumping1: :hyper: :worship: :rockband: :music: :thewave: :jumping3:

OH AND FOR MY FRIEND-- they sang Oklahoma-Texas Line :cloud9:

As far as pictures go, I have to get the wire for the digital back from a friend, but then I'll post up what I can. I don't think some of them turned out as well as I'm hoping, but we'll see. But I'll will get them up as quick as I can!

I know. Joe Don is adorable, playing along the whole time. And I love Jay, he seemed to talk to the crowd the most actually. They didn't sing my favorite song though. "Like I Am"... but I may have missed it.

Blake Shelton was awesome too. I loved the "original" version of "Some Beach" :cool1: And there is no WAY Trenton isn't country enough. I mean, go to any country concert in the area and you'll see how country it is. I've been to Brooks & Dunn 5 times, Martina twice, Rascal Flatts twice (how dare one of our papers call them a 'country "boyband" {like NSYNC} :rotfl: ') and then Toby Keith, Tim and Kenny once. Plus I saw Brad Paisley and JoDee Messina at Great Adventure right before Mud On The Tires came out.

I didn't know a lot of Shelly Fairchild's stuff, but she was great too. Have to look into buying her cd when it comes out.

Over all-- I DIDN'T WANT IT TO END!

Rascal Flatts is awesome. I would love to see one of their concerts. Hopefully I will be able to when I move to Denver come July. :) Glad you had fun. I think country music concerts are the best. :) (But then again i really did enjoy my Nsync concert in Buffalo, New York back in 2000)

I'm not knocking NSYNC, I saw them three times (twice within a few weeks) plus the "other" ones (BSB, 98 Degrees, O-Town)... I just don't get how anyone would compare the two. Rascal Flatts sings, writes their own music and can play instruments. Plus there's the whole, one sings country the other doesn't, thing. But hey, I'm all for publicity for them! :cool1:

I knew you weren't, i just was saying That i like nsync too. :) They're the only "pop" group i've seen...unless you want to count smashmouth, who compared the audience that i was in to that of an audience of nsync (montana doesnt get many good concerts, we tend to go a little balstic when famous folks come around)....
