I just wanted to thank DisIvyCo for offering to get me another bat magic...after I had worked so hard to get a second bat magic for my DD -- she had traded hers for a haunted mansion top ! She doesn't know it yet, but I worked twice as hard last Sat & Sun getting back enough credits to get her another . I'm just waiting for the right time to surprise her with it, so shhh everyone -- don't tell! But the thought was really sooo sweet, so thank you again DisIvyCo -- I do appreciate it!

Whoever you are, big giant hugs go out to you for cheering up my enitre team with special gifts last night as we sat and hunkered down for the final few hours of keeping our rooms open! I think I can speak for all of us on Team Living On The Edge when I say THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH AWESOMETOM!!!!! You not only put your credits and time into this event, but you also gave it your heart!

AwesomeTom is not a member of the DISboards, but most of our team is, and I think he deserves a HUGE thank you! He spent the whole weekend either in our base camp greeting players as they entered our ride, or in other base camps with people who were helping him find a judge so that he could try to get a chance for our team to get back into the event!

Tom never gave up hope and is a huge inspiration to all VMKers

You're right, poor Tom really knocked himself out all weekend, trying to find a judge to judge our rooms!! He was so cute when he'd come back to our Base Camp and ask if anyone had ridden our ride! When I told him that we've continuously had people riding it, he was so surprised and happy! I'm glad he at least was happy to know that we did have many, many people come through and ride, and see our rooms

P.S. People on our team: Do you know if Tom has the Everest 3/5 pin? That was the prize given to everyone who had entered the competition. I used to have many of them, but have given them all away, except for one that I kept for myself. If he doesn't have one, and if nobody has an extra, I think I'm going to give him my own pin, just so he won't have missed out on it.
