Randy Chapman - Wishes cruise

I have seen some lovely pictures taken by Randy during wishes cruises on wedding nights. I am wondering if he can be hired only for this (as the wedding will be many hours earlier) with it only being about an hour long. If so any price estimates? Thanks for your help
