Random Dessert Party blocked?

I’ve been trying to book a Dessert Party for Jan 4th since 60+5 with no availability. I initially thought it just filled up fast, but all the dates surrounding it are wide open. Is it possible there isn’t a dessert party this night? Or could they have missed loading one day? Weird, right?
