Random D23 2022 questions

This will be the first time going to D23 and I have so many questions. The main ones are 1) can I bring a rolling bag into the expo? The site doesn’t say that it is prohibited as long as it’s within the size but I know it’s prohibited in the parks.
2) what time to arrive if I am a gold member and not concerned about making it to the panels (just the stores)? I’m not going to camp out.
