Stayed there the last week of January. I'll say "You get what you pay for". It was worth the $$ spent, (really inexpensive hotel) $45/night. It is rated 2 stars, and I think that is pretty accurate. We had booked a standard room, but got a free upgrade to the "family suite". It had a king sized bed, and another area partitioned off for the kids where there was a set of bunk beds and a single. Also, the kids had their own TV. However, the partition wall was not a complete wall (didn't go all the way to the ceiling), also there was no door, just an open door frame, so there wasn't really any added privacy. The matresses on the kids beds were plastic covered, and cold, the sheets slid right off. we ended up getting extra blankets, and tucked one blanket in on all sides so the kids weren't lying on the cold plastic, then used the extra blanket for covers. The room was clean, I didn't see any signs of mold that some other reviews have mentioned. The furniture is dated, but so what? There is a heated indoor pool that was great, it was nearly as warm as the hot tub, we spent every evening there. The pool area is also old, and could use some updating, but it was clean, so I could overlook the decor. There is a buffet for breakfast and dinner that was acceptable simply because if the convenience, but not great food. the food court served horrible food, it was the worst hot dog i've ever had. there was Karaoke every evening, but I didn't notice it much, I think I was so tired, that I just passed out due to exhaustion. nothing was going to wake me. The best part of this hotel is the price and the location. There are not many options that are closer at this price. We would stay there again if our budget deems it necessary.
