I can't find much of anything on this place. Anyone stay here and have a REAL review?
We are staying for one night in October and I got a suite for $61. Not worth it if we are staying in "mold central" or "dive city".
Thanks!

We've never stayed there, but I'll move your question downstairs for some more info:)

Have a great trip!!

we just got back from our stay at the ramada maingate west.after reading reviews on trip advisor i was worried about staying there, but we were pleasantly suprised with the hotel,it was very nice.not too many hotels have indoor pools, especially for the price that the ramada charges.both the pool and the jacuzzi were very nice.check in was very quick,we arrived right after three.the room was very nice, roomy, queen beds, the bathroom was also good sized.we had a refrigerator.they have a lounge, food court and a restaurant,we only ate at the food court once,it was ok.ds16 and dh used the outdoor pool also and liked it,they also have a pool bar.we were told that the first two floors have renovated rooms,we requested one of those and were given a room on the second floor.housekeeping was excellent, the maid even arranged my ds9's stuffed animals on the bed, very cute.there was no mold and we never heard the karaoke.it is very close to disney.also there is a ponderosa across the street that has a breakfest buffet for 4.99 which was very good, there are alot of coupons in the hotel for discounts for meals.we played minature golf at the bonanaza golf right down the street, for 3.99 which was quite a bargain.lots of good restaurants close by.we would stay at the ramada maingate west again.

checking in today...I'll let you know.

PP...thanks for the tip on the first two floors!

Anyone else? I am torn now between here and the Amerihost Inn ...
We only really need a bed for the last night we are there and I'd like breakfast in the morning .....
TIA

I stayed there this last June for 3 nights, and I was very pleased with it.
We had a room on the 2nd floor, with a king bed, and pull sofa(which we didnt use.) The room had lots of room, as well as a large bathroom. The room also included a safe( in case u want to put any valuables, etc), and a fridge(which was very useful for juice boxes,drinks,etc...). The pool area, with the pool bar, and waterfall were great. I never did try the food court, or resturant or anything while we were there. But not only that it is very close to other chain resturants, and to Disney itself. Check-in and check-out were very quick. All the staff were very polite. We did not hear the karoke, the only thing we heard was the odd door slam, or the odd person in the hallway.
All thing I can say, and I don't necessarily even mean it in a bad way, but the lay out of the hotel, because it is so large, with many rooms, its confusing, your room could be two hallways away from the evelvator or stairs. They do give you a map of the hotel rooms, and directions how to get to your room though when you check in.
All in all, the hotel was great for the price we paid, and we definately stay there again.
Hope this helps, and enjoy your trip.

Thanks for your response.....
Did you have a regular room or a "suite" room? Just curious.

We just had a regular king room.
So I would imagine, a suite would be much larger and nicer than our room.
