Rajah - Thanks! We got in!!!

Thanks to all your info my really dear DH got up and to guest relations this AM at 4:30 AM. He was joined by others at 4;45 am and 5 am had enough to fill up both seatings of Fantasmic. Last nite was a VIP thing and alot of people waited and no tickets but today, our first try armed with all this DIS and Rajah info we were in. We also got walk up ressies to Blue Bajou (sp) for 6 pm and we are now on our way. The day is very pleasant and the parks didnot seem as bad as the beginning of the week. We will now do dinner, the parade, the fireworks hopefully from the balcony after Fantasmic then a few more rides. A full day and night but only another day and back home. Will report later - really excited!!

I have a question: Is it really convenient to walk over to Guest Relations from the Grand Californian at 4:40 AM? And if it's an early opening day, the window will open at 8AM? Then you go back to sleep after you get your FDB tix?

Yes, it is *very* convenient to walk from the Grand Californian to Guest Relations I doubt it would even be a 5 minute walk, if you walk at my speed

If it's an early-entry day, the window will open when the park opens for early entry. So if the gates open at 6:30 for early entry, the window will open at 6:30. Even if non-early-entry isn't until 8am.
