raisins or nuts...

can anyone tell me if they know of any places for sure that do not (or do) put raisins or nuts in things like brownies and cookies or cinnamon rolls and the like...I'm allergic and planning the meals and trying my best not to ruin my trip with a reaction! Thanks!
