To be honest, you should assume any Disney Card (store or otherwise) bought on a resale site won't be good for the parks. But theoretically, no, you can't use a Disney Store gift card at the parks.

Disney Store Gift Cards can only be used at Disney Stores either in store or online. Disney Gift Cards can be used for vacations (excluding Asian and Paris parks) but I don't recommend buying them from a reseller because they're not always labeled correctly and you may be stuck with a Disney Store Gift Card.

I use Raise often. The Disney store cards can only be used for store items. The others can be used to pay online for vacation, etc. I have found it cheaper to get a target red card (debit or credit) and and purchase Disney gift cards through target and get a 5%off. I often see raise is out of stock for Disney cards and when they are in stock less than 5%

I used to play 'russian roulette' and would buy Disney GC's from the resellers. I only did so cause 1) the discount used to be much better than it is now and 2) I could easily use the Disney store GC's (4 kids...always a b-day coming up!) and I would say about 80% of the time, the Disney GC I bought was one that could NOT be used in the parks and only could be used in the disney stores. So, if you cannot/don't want to be stuck with that kind of card, don't even bother with the resellers.
