Rainforest Cafe AK... admission?

I was told that you do not need to enter the AK to get to the RFC...
Can you disney experts tell me if this is true or not...

I thought it was actually inside the AK... which would mean you would need admission... maybe there is an outside entrance... I dont know that is why I am asking for your help....
I didnt want to do it on the day we are in ak, but I do want to make a PS, so I need to figure out when we will go there.
Yes, I know about the DTD RFC, but I cannot use my vacation kingdom voucher there...

Yes, you can access it without admission!
