Do rain showers generally result in fireworks shows to be cancelled? I have a PS at the California Grille next Monday and the forcast calls for showers at night. Thanks.

This time of year the forecast usually calls for rain showers. I'd wait until you're a lot closer (like the day before) before believing the forecast.

When I was in disney last year we had a tornado warning in which we were all herded into the soundstage at MGM. Not only did they still have fantasmic, but they had illuminations and all the other fireworks displays as well.

It all depends on when it rains.

It rained every day we were there, but nothing was ever canceled. that said it never actually rained during any of the shows.

Showers shouldn't be a problem anyway. I believe it would have to be a pretty heavy rainstorm to cancel the fireworks. It rained and rained for hours (fairly heavy too) when we were at MK, and Wishes still went off without a hitch....and looked just fine too. I was only upset that the rain seemed to scare Tinkerbelle and we didn't get to see her.

Enjoy your trip!!
