Rain for Christmas Tips and Thoughts

We are going to DL 23-25th next week, looks like rain first time to Disney in 8years. Any tips and tricks for us? and will the fireworks and parades (we are doing the Christmas tour on the 23rd at 3pm. still run if it rains?
