I am trying to decide if a rain cover is a must have for WDW? DS is almost 3 and we have a Britax B-Agile Stroller. I kept putting off buying a cover on Amazon and now it has gone up significantly in price and is out of stock on Amazon, so I would have to get one from Toys R Us ($40). I am trying to decide if it is worth it. We leave in 2 weeks.

We had a rain cover for our Maclaren but not our new City Mini. In the 3 trips it's been on we just use a poncho. :)

Amazon has ones that are pretty universal - here's a Jeep one that says it fits most make and models and it's $8.http://www.amazon.com/Jeep-Deluxe-S...384460212&sr=8-1&keywords=stroller+rain+cover

I have a city mini which is similar to the B-Agile and I understand. The price of that rain cover is :scared1:

I just bought the Babies R Us/Toys R Us brand jogger stroller cover. It was not a perfect fit, but it did the job and was $15 as opposed to $40. It survived tropical storms at Disney in 2012 and 2013. It only came off when I didn't fasten it down tight enough. Here's my son at the bus stop this summer the day Andrea came through. He liked the rain so he kept sticking his feet out.

Thanks. I wasn't sure if the universal ones would fit, but it looks like there is plenty of room and the City Mini is about the same size. I will just pick up one of those.

For the longest time Amazon had it for $25, but I kept putting it off because it wasn't something we needed right then.

We have a City Mini and I had the universal cover bc it was cheaper. It poured and I decided I should of bought the real one but oh well. Well DH accidentally ripped it and I had to get a new one. This time I spent $$ and got the real one. WOW what a difference it is so much nicer and easier to use. If DD were older and we didn't travel a lot the cheaper one would be fine though.

Buy it, buy it, buy it! We did and I was sooooo glad we did! We also have a B-Agile and bought the real cover. It rained and our little man didn't get a drop on him! I wanted to climb in there with him. It fits perfectly and has lots of velcro strips that secure it tightly into place.

I, personally, really liked having a rain cover made exactly for what we had. They fit so well. We didn't use strollers a lot; had a jogging stroller for jogging, and another stroller only for Disney, and that was it. But when it rained we wanted him protected, so we got the ones that were made for the strollers, and liked it.

Watched my cousin dealing with using a poncho at WDW, and it didn't seem to be all that much fun or useful.

I bought a shower curtain liner for $3 and a pack of clothes pins for $1 - i tried it on my double stroller and it worked just fine....
and the clothes pins can also be used to close the curtains in the room and hang up wet clothes in the shower :)

Buy it, keep the packaging & if you don't need to use it... Return it.

If you happen to get the "kid stuff" coupon book that schools sell. Babies r us/toys r us has a $25 off a 50 or 75$ purchase. Can't remember the specific amount but it was a good one.

I would definitely get one. We had one with us every day we were the - 8 days. Last evening we wre there we didn't take it and it was a torrential downpour. I would have been fine getting we tout didn't want my daughter getting wet and didn't want to drench the stroller. Had to wait under the eaves for 45 mins.
