Specifically, I'd like to know what your experience has been with wait times.

There are 7 of us going and I think I'd prefer to have a 7:00 ADR...but not if a 7:00 ADR means waiting until 7:45 to get in. I currently have a 6:45 ADR which, if we get in right on time, is just a smidge too early since we'll be eating lunch at around 1:30. I'd rather have a 7:00 ADR if 7:00 means, roughly, 7 or 7:15. But, if 6:45 means 7 or 7:15, then I'll keep that.

Confused yet? LOL! What do you think?

We have been seated on time every time we have dined here. We enjoy it; it's got a good pub atmosphere.

Sooo...in my position, would you take the 7:00 ADR? Our plans that day are as follows:

8:05 ADR at 1900 PF

Teenagers go to one of the waterparks, and then the inlaws, dh, myself and DS6 will either pick another park, play at the pool or go to DisneyQuest. The goal is for us all to eat round 1:30, and then pick the girls up from the waterpark between 3:30 and 4:00. They need to get back to the resort and shower and then we'll head out to DTD.

Should I plan for a 6:45 or 7:00 ADR? I'm leaning toward the 7:00 ADR. Thoughts?

Why not have a light lunch, then the time really won't matter that much, KWIM? We usually get seated right away when we arrive, if that helps.

We ate at Raglan Road on our most recent trip to The World. Our reservation was at 6:45pm on a Wednesday night in early September. There were 4 adults and a baby. We were sat pretty much right away (the restaurant wasn't too full, either, at that time).

And, FWIW, my DH had the Shepherds Pie and he LOVED it. He has reminded me about how much he liked it more than once since we got home :)

Enjoy! I think your 7:00 reservation sounds fine!

Do you have plans afterwards? If not I would take a slightly later ADR and enjoy a leisurely meal.

I'd love to take a slightly later ADR, but MIL is diabetic and a bit worried about eating too late.

I'd also love to have a "lighter" lunch, but I have no idea what my girls will eat and I'm afraid of them eating too much at lunch and then not being too hungry for dinner.

There are plenty of CS places where you could get a light meal rather than a full sit down one at lunch time.

TBH if we have full breakfast we are never that hungry for lunch so a snack or light CS meal is best for us. Have a look at the menus on here or allears.net to see what the CS options are for each park. EPCOT has the best selection im my opinion.

I would go with the later 7pm ADR to give yourselves plenty of time.

Will the 15 minutes make that much of a difference to if you're hungry or not?
If so, I'd go for the 7pm and then if the worst came to the worst, you could always show up at 6.45 to see if they could seat you early!

We had a 6:45 ADR there last June when we went. we got there about 6:30 and were at the table at 6:43...and that was during the a very busy time. I would not worry, but make sure you get there a little ahead of your scheduled time.

Will
