Radio Revisited

I tried posting this thread yesterday, but for some reason it never showed up on the boards....so, I'll try it again.

Has anyone ever listened to "Radio Revisited?" It's a program that runs on Saturday and Sunday nights on 95.1 WXTK on Cape Cod. I love this show. This show runs all the old radio programs before there was tv. Show's like, Jack Benny, "Lum 'n Abner," "Hopalong Cassidy," "Sunset Boulevard" Starring Gloria Swanson, William Holden and Nancy Gates. - listened to this one this past Sunday. Man, I could go on. I never thought I'd be able to get into listening to these old time programs. If anyone ever gets a chance to listen to some of these old programs do...it's a blast listening to them. Just had to pass that along. Have a good day everyone.

There is a similar old time radio program on WAMU in Washington Sunday nights called The Big Broadcast. They play a lot of the old material just mentioned. It can be heard on the web at www.wamu.org. I know we have DISers from the DC area.....the Big Broadcast is on from 7-11 pm on 89.5 FM.
